I've played at Sharp Park Golf Course only once before. I was looking forward to playing it again this weekend, but alas, the week-long winter storm dashed any hopes of that happening today (had to cancel our reservation). I'm sure the pond is flooding the fairway and standing water must be everywhere. So it's interesting timing that this SFGate news article caught my eye, Frogs, golfers both endangered at S.F.'s Sharp Park.
Frogs, and snakes, and a San Francisco golf program putting a drain on the city General Fund ... oh my!

We just played a round at Sharp Park. This was our 2nd time, after having played there once about a year ago. What a lovely place, and the price is right for holders of the San Francisco Resident golf card. Alas, we didn't see any red foxes, or the protected snakes and frogs.
