Mario Batali's Eataly wine shop to pay $500,000 fine, close six months - CNBC:

"State authorities took issue with the fact Batali and his business partners, the mother and son team Lidia and Joe Bastianich, were both wine producers and retailers, Eater reported. The wine shop includes more than 1,000 wines from exclusively Italian producers, according to Eataly's website."

"Hangovers don't influence when people will have their next drink, according to a new study that challenges some common beliefs.

Although many people say having another drink will help cure a hangover, others think a hangover will delay further drinking. In this study of nearly 400 frequent drinkers, researchers found the unpleasant after-effects of overindulgence have little effect on the timing of the next alcoholic drink."
