I'm a little bit partial right now. I just returned from visiting family in Portland, OR.
So, I've got two recommendations, go with both:
- Choose a lovely Oregon Pinot Noir. On my trip home, I learned that Riedel has designed and sells a wine glass specific for them.
- I just love the dry Alsatian whites. So I agree. Go with Trimbach and Weinbach.
